The Walther PDP Pro-E sits between the standard PDP and the top-tier Pro SD, and it does a pretty impressive job of splitting that difference. Built on the same full-size frame and 4.5" barrel that made the PDP popular with duty users and serious range shooters, the Pro-E layers on a set of factory upgrades that you'd normally have to buy separately or step up to a more expensive model to get. The DPT-E is Walther's flat-faced Dynamic Performance Trigger in a polymer shoe, and it's one of the reasons this pistol shoots better than the price suggests. The Performance Duty Texture on the frame uses a tetrahedron pattern that's grippy enough to hold through sweat, rain, and cold without being rough on your hands or your cover garment.
