The heart of this rifle is a piston assembly with a cup and spigot design that seals gas more efficiently than typical setups. Combine that with a staged gas bleed system and the VK-1PW cycles reliably with a wide range of factory ammo, whether you have a can on the muzzle or not, and with no manual gas adjustment needed. Speaking of the muzzle, the 13.7 inch cold hammer forged barrel wears a HUXWRX Flash Hider QD XL that is pinned and welded in place, which also means you can quick-detach a compatible HUXWRX suppressor right onto the rifle. The 1:7 twist stabilizes everything from 55 grain plinking loads to heavier match bullets.
VKTR did not skimp where your hands go. A Hiperfire single-stage trigger breaks at a crisp 4.5 pounds, a Magpul SL stock and K2 grip handle the ergonomics, and the billet machined controls are fully ambidextrous, including the mag release and bolt catch. The 12.5 inch VK-1 handguard leaves plenty of room for lights, lasers, and a solid grip position, and the receiver set is finished in durable Armor Black Cerakote.
Out of the box you get two Magpul Gen3 PMAGs for a 30+1 capacity, a hard case, and a rifle lock. No sights are included, so plan on adding your preferred optic or irons to the full-length top rail. For anyone who wants a compact, suppressor-ready AR that stays clean and runs flat, this one earns its spot in the safe.

No sights come installed on this model. The steel receiver and 12.5 inch handguard give you a long, continuous Picatinny rail up top, so mounting a red dot, LPVO, or set of backup irons is quick and easy. Most buyers pair it with an optic that matches how they plan to use the rifle.
