This version wears a 13.7 inch cold hammer forged barrel with a 1:7 twist, machined cooling flutes, and a Sons of Liberty Gun Works NOX muzzle device pinned and welded in place. You get handling that feels much closer to a short barreled gun while keeping a full-length sight radius of rail up top, thanks to the continuous 15-slot upper rail. The NOX also works with Dead Air Sandman Keymount suppressors, so this setup is ready to host a can the day it comes home. The barrel is thermal fit to the forged upper receiver, which helps accuracy stay consistent even when the gun heats up during longer strings.

No, it is permanently pinned and welded to the barrel, which brings the total barrel length to 16 inches. That is by design on this model. If you want to swap muzzle devices down the road, a gunsmith would need to cut the weld, so plan on the NOX being a permanent part of the package.
This rifle comes well equipped from the factory.
