True Precision barrels are engineered with advanced cuts, improved chamfers, and a re-engineered feed ramp that works better than OEM specs. The 6-groove broach-cut rifling design handles all ammunition types safely, including cast lead loads. This combination gives you tighter tolerances, better accuracy potential, and more reliable feeding across the board. The barrel is treated with a black nitride finish that provides a deep, hardened surface from within the steel itself, offering excellent corrosion resistance and wear protection.
This is a true drop-in design. No fitting or gunsmithing required. The threaded version comes notched to work with the Hellcat RDP compensator and is compatible with most aftermarket mini and micro comps in 1/2×28. A thread protector with an integral tension lock o-ring is included to keep the threads clean when you're not running a muzzle device. Overall length with the threaded design is 4.4 inches without the protector.
