The Viper G2 uses the Beretta/Benelli Mobil thread pattern, one of the most common choke systems out there. It ships with Improved Cylinder, Modified, and Full tubes plus a wrench and choke box, and aftermarket Mobil-thread chokes from Carlson's, Trulock, and others will fit if you want to expand your options.
You can. TriStar includes a shim kit that lets you adjust drop and cast at the stock, so you can fine-tune where the gun shoots relative to your point of aim. Combined with the rubber recoil pad, it's easy to get a comfortable, well-fitted mount.
It's a handy feature that lets you unload or swap the shell in the chamber without feeding the next round from the magazine. Just nudge the shell lifter up slightly as you open the action and only the chambered shell ejects. It's great for quickly switching loads in the field or unloading at the truck.
