Yes. The chambers are cut for 3 inch shells, and any break action shotgun with 3 inch chambers will run 2-3/4 inch loads without issue. Most upland and clays shooting is done with 2-3/4 inch shells anyway, and lighter loads are a lot more pleasant in a 6.9 pound double.
It has a single selective trigger, so one trigger fires both barrels in sequence. The barrel selector is built into the top tang safety, letting you choose which barrel and choke fires first. That is handy in the field when you want a tighter or more open pattern on the first shot.
