The Trijicon DI Night Sight Replacement Kit is the fix for a fiber that's gone dim, cracked, or wandered off during a range day. Trijicon's DI sights use a patent-pending interchangeable fiber system, which means the glowing green fibers up front are meant to be user-serviced rather than sealed in for good. This kit keeps your front sight bright without shipping the whole slide off somewhere or paying a gunsmith to do a five-minute job.
Inside the box you get four green DI fiber replacements, two black DI retainers, and one T10 torque L-key. The extra fibers and retainers are handy since these pieces are small and easy to lose, so you've always got a backup ready. The included L-key threads the retainer down at the right tension, which keeps the fiber seated and protected.
Green is the fiber color most eyes pick up fastest in daylight, and it pairs cleanly with the tritium lamp that runs the show once the sun drops. That tritium element is capped with a sapphire jewel and works alongside the fiber to feed a bright aiming point across the full range of lighting, from bright afternoons to pitch dark. The black retainer keeps things low-key and blends into most slides if you'd rather not draw attention to the front post.
These replacement parts work across DI Night Sight setups built for popular carry and duty guns from Glock, Sig Sauer, Smith & Wesson, and Springfield Armory. The fiber itself uses the same chemical and heat-resistant material and proprietary finishing process found in the Trijicon ACOG, so you're getting real Trijicon quality in a part that's easy to service at your own bench.
You get four green DI fiber replacements, two black DI retainers, and one T10 torque L-key for installation. The spare fibers and retainers give you backups on hand since these small parts can wear or get lost over time. Everything you need to service the front sight is in the box.
Yes, that's the whole point of the DI design. The threaded retainer on the front sight lets you swap fibers at your own bench using the included T10 torque L-key, so there's no need to visit an armorer or gunsmith. It's a quick job once you've done it a time or two.
It fits Trijicon DI Night Sights built for popular pistol platforms, including models from Glock, Sig Sauer, Smith & Wesson, and Springfield Armory. Since it replaces the fiber and retainer parts rather than the whole sight, it works across DI-equipped setups. Double-check that your sights are the Trijicon DI series before ordering.
The green fiber gathers ambient light to stay bright during the day, while a fixed tritium lamp handles the aiming point in low light and total darkness. That tritium element is capped with a sapphire jewel and does not rely on the fiber to glow after dark. Together they give you a bright front sight across every lighting condition.
