The Legacy Special is TriggerTech's take on a Glock-compatible trigger that respects what made the platform popular while delivering what modern shooters actually want in a trigger. You get the familiar bladed safety lever you know, but with significantly better mechanics underneath.
This two-stage trigger incorporates TriggerTech's Zero Creep technology and their TKR and CLKR adjustability systems. That means a crisp, predictable break without the mush or creep you'll find in factory designs. The pull weight is fully adjustable from 2.5 to 6 pounds, so you can run it light for competition or dial it up to 3.5 pounds or higher for carry duty. The flat trigger face gives you solid control and feedback regardless of how you prefer to engage the trigger.
The engineering here goes deeper than just a better break. TriggerTech engineered the lever and transfer bar to work independently of frame tolerances, which means compatibility is consistent across different firearms. The redesigned backplate includes a relief pocket that gives the striker more clearance during extreme shock, strengthening drop resistance and overall durability. This trigger has been drop-tested according to SAAMI protocols and passed with a wide margin of safety at 3.5 pounds, making it suitable for carry use when you want that capability.
The ACE system is fully modular with three main components: the lever module, sear module, and disconnect module (backplate). You get both heavy and light take-up springs in the box, plus the CLKR adjustment screw, so you can dial in exactly how the trigger feels and performs. The flat lever is ambidextrous, and everything is finished in PVD black for durability.
The Legacy Special is approved for USPSA competition and permitted in IPSC Standard, Optics, and Open divisions, which tells you something about the precision built into this trigger. It's been engineered to handle everyday carry, duty applications, and competitive shooting without compromise.

The Legacy Special is compatible with Glock Gen 1-5 standard frame pistols in 9mm and .40 S&W. Gen 5 frames require removal of a small internal tab per the installation instructions to ensure proper fit. It will not work with Gen V or Gen 6 models.
The pull weight is fully adjustable from 2.5 to 6 pounds using the included CLKR adjustment screw and interchangeable take-up springs. You can run it light for competition or dial it up for carry duty, and the adjustment is tactile and repeatable so you can dial in your preferred feel.
Zero Creep uses a free-floating roller between the sear and trigger components to eliminate friction and creep in the trigger break.
