The M4-22 Elite Hunter takes their proven blowback rimfire platform and stretches it out with an 18-inch Parkerized 4150 steel barrel and a 15-inch free float aluminum M-LOK handguard, giving the .22 Magnum cartridge room to build velocity for cleaner hits on prairie dogs, rabbits, and other small game out past where a .22 LR starts running out of steam.
The upper and lower receivers are both aluminum, so this handles like a genuine AR instead of a plastic lookalike. Controls sit where your thumb expects them, the two-position safety works like it should, and the adjustable CAR15 stock and Gen2 grip fit shooters of different sizes. Because the platform is largely mil-spec compatible, most AR-15 stocks, grips, and sights swap right over, which makes it a great training companion for your centerfire rifle or a fun project gun in its own right. A nickel plated bolt keeps the action cycling smoothly through long range sessions.
A full length Picatinny top rail runs across the flat top receiver and handguard, so mounting a scope or red dot is simple, and the included flip-up front and rear sights fold down out of the way when you do.
