From there the second stage breaks crisp with practically no creep or overtravel, so you always know exactly when the shot is going to go.
Timney doesn't cut corners on the guts. The housing is CNC machined from military-grade 6061-T6 aluminum and anodized for durability. The hammer is wire EDM cut from S7 tool steel with a Teflon-nickel coating for slick, low-friction lubricity, while the rest of the internals are wire EDM cut from A2 tool steel and heat treated to Rockwell 58 for a long service life. This is the small-pin version with a straight trigger shoe, so it's built for standard mil-spec AR-15 lowers.
