The Taurus G3C has earned its spot as one of the most popular compact carry pistols out there, and this bundle makes it easy to hit the ground running. You get the black G3C chambered in 9mm Luger, three 12-round magazines, and a US flag patterned Kydex-style holster that works inside or outside the waistband. That means a full loadout the day it comes home: one mag in the gun, two ready to go, and a way to carry it all.
The G3C runs a 3.26 inch barrel inside a slide that measures just 6.3 inches overall, with a 5.1 inch height that tucks away nicely under a t-shirt. At around 22 ounces it carries all day without dragging your belt down. The single-action trigger includes restrike capability, so if you ever hit a hard primer you can pull the trigger again without racking the slide. A manual thumb safety, striker block, and loaded chamber indicator round out the controls, and the Tenifer treated slide shrugs off sweat and holster wear better than plain bluing ever will.
Taurus put front and rear slide serrations on the G3C, which makes press checks and slide manipulation easier whether your hands are cold, wet, or gloved. The textured polymer grip locks into your palm without chewing it up, and the fixed white dot front sight pairs with a drift adjustable rear for a clean, simple sight picture. There is also a Picatinny rail up front if you want to add a light or laser later.
Spare magazines and a decent holster are usually the first two purchases after buying a carry gun, and this kit handles both up front. The flag holster is ambidextrous and converts between IWB and OWB carry, so lefties are covered too. For a first carry pistol, a nightstand gun, or a backup to something bigger, this G3C bundle covers the bases without making you piece a setup together.
Yes, this specific package (part number 1-G3C931-CK13) ships with three 12-round magazines and the US flag patterned holster in the box. That is a nice head start since spare mags and a holster are usually the first things people buy after picking up a carry gun.
It can. The included Kydex-style holster is designed to convert between inside-the-waistband and outside-the-waistband carry, and it is ambidextrous, so it works for both right and left handed carriers.
Yes, this G3C has a frame-mounted manual thumb safety in addition to a striker block and a loaded chamber indicator. If you prefer to carry with the safety off, it stays out of the way, but it is there for folks who want that extra layer.
It will. The G3C feeds from the same magazine pattern as the full-size G3, so 15 and 17 round G3 magazines will run in it, they just extend below the grip. The included 12-rounders sit flush for concealed carry.
