The sleeve slides down over the magazine body and fills the gap between the bottom of the grip frame and the magazine base, giving the gun a clean, seamless full-size grip profile without any permanent modification to the pistol.
The body is stainless steel, with a polymer follower and polymer base plate. These are the same construction specs as the magazine your pistol came with from the factory. The stainless body is durable, feeds reliably, and holds up well over time with regular use.
