The Liberty Charging Handle from Sons of Liberty Gun Works takes a part most folks never think about and quietly makes it better. It's a fully ambidextrous handle, so you get the same fluid, consistent pull whether you're running the gun on your strong side or switching to support side. The latches are shaped and textured to grab easy without snagging on optics, mounts, or the rest of your setup, and the whole thing is machined from a solid piece of 7075 aluminum.
