Designed as a collaboration between Haley Strategic Partners and Safariland, the INCOG-X is the 10th-anniversary evolution of the original Incog holster line. This isn't a minor update, it's a complete rethink of what a hybrid thermofolded IWB holster can do for everyday carry.
What makes the INCOG-X stand out is how it balances form-fitting retention with real adaptability. The hybrid body uses thermoformed Boltaron for a rigid, durable shell that holds your P365 securely, while a microfiber suede exterior wraps the back side for comfort during extended wear. Unlike passive retention that just relies on friction, the INCOG-X adds adjustable tension with a simple screw under the trigger guard, letting you fine-tune how firmly the gun seats in the holster.
The clip design is where you see the biggest improvement over the original Incog. Instead of a single fixed clip, you get a series of outward-opening clips that lock over the belt naturally as you slide the holster down. An actuated finger tab flexes open for quick on and off. What really sets it apart is the included concealment shims in three sizes: 1/8 inch, 1/4 inch, and 3/8 inch. You can swap these without tools to adjust ride height and how tight the holster hugs your body.
The INCOG-X comes standard with optics compatibility for red dot sights mounted behind the ejection port. It's tested with popular micro and full-size RDS options including Holosun 407K and 507K, Shield RMSc, and others. The holster also accepts compact weapon lights like the Streamlight TLR-7 SUB and Nightstick TCM-365 if you go that route. Most importantly, you get full firing grip acquisition before the draw, which matters when you need speed and control.
Yes, the INCOG-X is fully optics ready for any RDS mounted on your P365 slide behind the ejection port. It's been tested with micro and full-size red dot options including Holosun 407K/507K, Shield RMSc, Sig Romeo Zero, and others. It also supports backup iron sights and suppressor-height sights up to 0.41 inches.
The mag caddy is included with your holster and attaches with included hardware. You can remove it if you prefer to carry without the extra magazine pouch, and the holster works great standalone. The caddy installs on the left side and holds one additional magazine with adjustable retention.
The INCOG-X gives you multiple adjustment options. There's a tension screw under the trigger guard to dial in retention, and the clip strut system accepts three different concealment shim sizes that swap without tools. The mounting holes are also slotted so you can adjust ride height. This lets you customize how tight it sits against your body and where it rides on the belt.
The body-facing side is lined with microfiber suede instead of bare plastic or Kydex, which reduces irritation during all-day wear. The thermoformed Boltaron construction keeps the holster's footprint minimal while the adjusted clip system helps angle it away from your body slightly. Combined with the adjustable shims, you can dial in a position that works for your body type and carry style.
