Description

Sig developed the SLH series to meet U.S. military requirements, and the NG762-QD is the hard-use Inconel version built for 7.62 NATO rifles. Inconel is a nickel-based superalloy that shrugs off heat and erosion better than just about anything else you can build a can from, which makes this the pick for short barrels, rapid strings, and high round counts where a titanium suppressor would start to complain. A high temperature Cerakote finish over the top keeps it looking right even after it has been glowing.

Why the NG762-QD Runs Cleaner

The internal multi-flow path is where this suppressor separates itself from older designs. Instead of forcing all that gas back down the bore and into your receiver, the NG762-QD routes it through multiple channels, cutting toxic fume blowback through the ejection port by up to 50 percent. Less gas in your face means less eye sting, less grime in your action, and a far more comfortable day behind the rifle. It is tuned to perform with both supersonic and subsonic ammunition, and a flash reducing end cap knocks down the visual signature at the muzzle.

Clutch-Lok QD Mounting Done Right

The Clutch-Lok system uses a tactile locking ring with infinite radial locking positions, so the can seats tight and returns to the same spot every time you put it back on. On and off takes seconds, no wrench required, and the QD muzzle brake mount comes in the box so you are ready to set up a host rifle right away. The monolithic core means there are no loose baffles to shoot out of alignment, just one solid piece doing the work.

Who Should Run the Sig NG762 SLH

At 7.49 inches long and 1.67 inches in diameter, this is a full-size 30 caliber can with the guts for duty use, suppressed bolt guns, and gas guns that get run hard. If you want maximum sound reduction and a suppressor that will outlast the rifle it is mounted on, the Inconel SLH is the one to grab.

Frequently Asked Questions

What comes with the Sig Sauer NG762-QD, or do I need to buy a mount separately?

The Clutch-Lok QD muzzle brake mount ships in the box with a 5/8×24 thread pitch, which covers the vast majority of .308 and 7.62 rifles on the market. Thread it onto your barrel, and the suppressor locks on and off in seconds. If you want to run it on multiple rifles, extra Clutch-Lok mounts are available so you can leave one on each host.

Why choose the Inconel NG762 over the titanium SLH762Ti version?

Inconel handles extreme heat and erosion far better than titanium, so this version is built for hard use like short barrels, full-power loads, and long strings of fire. The trade-off is weight, with the Inconel can coming in around 20.8 ounces versus the lighter titanium model. If you run your rifle hard or want maximum durability, Inconel is the way to go; if you count ounces on a hunting rig, titanium makes more sense.

Does the NG762-QD work with subsonic ammo?

Yes, the SLH series is designed to perform with both supersonic and subsonic ammunition, and the internal multi-flow path is tuned specifically for sound reduction across that range. Subsonic loads paired with this can make for a genuinely quiet 30 caliber setup.

Does this suppressor reduce gas blowback on semi-auto rifles?

It does, and that is one of the biggest selling points of the SLH design. The multi-flow gas path reduces toxic fumes venting through the ejection port by up to 50 percent compared to conventional designs. On a gas gun that means less carbon in the action, less gas in your eyes, and a much more comfortable shooting experience during extended sessions.
