Sig built this slide with the ROMEO-X PRO optic mounted incredibly low, which lets your standard iron sights line up perfectly underneath. You get a consistent sight picture whether you're using the red dot or dropping back to iron sights. The slide is finished in black with front and rear serrations that give you solid purchase when you need to manipulate the gun.
The real advantage of this setup is simplicity. No adapter plates, no special high-visibility sights, no workarounds. The ROMEO-X PRO sits so low on the slide that standard-height XRAY3 sights are included and work exactly as intended. This means faster target acquisition, easier manipulation during malfunction drills, and a cleaner overall profile compared to older optic-ready systems.
The ROMEO-X PRO is a military-grade reflex sight with real staying power. It features a 24mm lens with both circle dot and pure dot reticle modes, giving you options for different shooting scenarios. Battery life runs 20,000 hours at medium brightness with motion activation that shuts it down after two minutes of no movement. The optic uses a side-loading CR1632 battery, so you can swap power without losing your zero.
This factory assembly fits P320 Compact and Carry grip modules in both X-Series and standard configurations. It's designed for a 3.9-inch barrel, though you'll need to source your own since barrels don't ship with slides. The stainless steel construction is mil-spec tough, and the black finish resists corrosion. Remember this is built for 9mm fire control units only, so it won't function on .45 ACP frames.
It comes with the slide, the ROMEO-X PRO optic, and iron sights, but you'll need a compatible grip module, barrel, and firing control unit to complete the pistol. All the optics are already mounted and ready to go once you pair this slide with those components.
Technically yes, but there will be a cutout on top where the optic mounts. Sig doesn't include a cover plate, so you'd see the empty optic mount. Most users run it with the ROMEO-X PRO since it's already installed, but some shooters do elect to go iron-sights-only if that fits their needs.
This slide works with P320 Compact and Carry grip modules, including both X-Series and standard (non-X) versions. Full-size grip modules are not compatible. Make sure your grip module is in one of these sizes before ordering.
