Yes. The slide is optic ready and cut for the SIG Sauer ROMEOZero footprint, so you can add a micro red dot without any gunsmithing. Other optics that share the same footprint, like the Shield RMSc pattern, will fit as well. The XRAY3 front sight stays useful whether you run a dot or not.

It does, especially on a pistol this light. The threadless comp redirects gases upward to reduce muzzle flip, which helps you get back on target faster between shots. On a sub-compact 9mm around 18 ounces, that little bit of extra control is genuinely noticeable during rapid strings.
Magazines are easy since it accepts standard P365 and P365X mags, and it ships with two 12-rounders.
