Sig built the P365 around a modular fire control unit, and this Cal-X kit puts that modularity to work. Instead of buying a whole new pistol, you pull the serialized FCU out of your existing P365 and drop it into everything in this box. When you're done you've got a P365-XMACRO Comp with more grip, more rounds, and a compensator taming muzzle rise, all without touching a single gunsmith's bench.
The headliner here is the integrated compensator machined right into the Nitron-finished slide. It bleeds off gas up top so the muzzle stays flatter shot to shot, which makes fast follow-ups feel more controlled and keeps you on target through a string. Up front you get a 3.1" barrel, and the slide comes cut for optics with a removable sight plate that matches the RMSc footprint. That opens the door to a RomeoZero, Holosun 507K, or similar micro red dot without extra machining.
The XMACRO grip module is the real quality-of-life upgrade. It carries a true 1913 Picatinny accessory rail for lights and lasers, and it feeds from flush-fitting 17-round steel magazines, so you're running serious capacity in a package that still conceals like a micro-compact. Two of those steel mags come in the box, which is a nice touch since spares add up fast.
Sig's X-RAY3 day/night sights come installed, a 3-dot tritium setup that glows when the lights drop and gives you a crisp, high-contrast picture in daylight. Pair them with a red dot on the optic cut and you've got a co-witness-friendly package ready for carry or range work right out of the gate.
One thing worth knowing before you order: this grip module is built for standard fire control units and is not cut for a manual safety FCU. As long as your P365 runs a non-safety FCU, the swap is a quick one-pin affair. It's one of the cleanest ways to build up a P365 into a soft-shooting, higher-capacity carry gun.
