Like the rest of the Nordic lineup, this is machined and finished in a matte black that blends right in with the clamp and tube. It's American made and built to hold up under the repeated recoil of a 12 gauge, so once it's torqued down it stays put. One thing worth flagging before you order: it does not fit the newer clamp made for the 7-round Beretta shotguns that use M-LOK slots, so if that's your setup you'll want a different mounting option.
Installation is about as simple as it gets. The plate comes with one #10-32 screw, and you just fasten it to your existing barrel clamp. Keep in mind the QD sling swivel itself is sold separately, so grab one of those if you don't already have a push-button swivel on hand.
