Sig's P365 XMacro already punches above its weight class with 17 rounds in a slim package, but the factory polymer grip module leaves some performance on the table. Sharps Bros built this Gen 3 module to close that gap, machining it from solid billet 7075-T6 aluminum and finishing it in a Midnight Bronze Cerakote with contrasting black aluminum grip panels. This particular version is cut specifically for Sig's manual safety lever and includes the interior magazine disconnect cut, so it drops right onto FCUs that need those features.
Gen 3 represents a real step forward from the earlier Sharps Bros modules. The texturing on the grip panels is noticeably more aggressive for a firmer purchase without chewing up your cover garment, the steel lug system has been redesigned for a tighter, more durable fit, and the frame now includes provisions for a mag funnel if you decide to add one down the road. The trigger guard also gets an undercut with finger grooves, letting you choke up higher on the gun for a more direct line to the bore.
At 1.3 inches wide, this module is noticeably thicker than the factory 1.1-inch frame, and that extra material is where a lot of the benefit comes from. It fills out the palm better for shooters with medium to larger hands, and the added weight, around 5.3 ounces compared to the OEM module's much lighter build, helps tame muzzle flip during strings of fire. Ambidextrous thumb ledges are machined into both sides of the frame, giving you a natural index point no matter which hand you shoot with, a feature licensed under a patented design that's become a signature across the Sharps Bros lineup.
This grip module is a direct swap for the factory P365 XMacro FCU housing, and any P365 XL or X-Macro slide will mate up with it. It does not include internal components, the fire control unit, or a magazine release assembly, so you'll transfer those over from your factory setup. Because of the added thickness and integrated thumb ledges, most standard Kydex holsters will need slight heat reforming, though a handful of holster makers now build models specifically sized for this frame.
