Sig's P365 X-Macro is already a solid platform, but the factory polymer grip module leaves some performance on the table. Sharps Bros built this Gen 3 module to fix that, machining it from solid billet 7075-T6 aluminum and finishing it in a Mil-Spec black anodize, then topping it off with a set of Brazilian cherry wood panels that give the pistol a look you just won't get from a stock frame.
This version replaces the earlier generations with noticeably refined ergonomics and a more aggressive texture on the grip panels themselves, so your hand stays put even when things get sweaty or you're moving fast. Sharps Bros also reworked the steel lug system for this generation and built in provisions for a mag funnel, meaning you can dial in your reload setup down the road without hunting for a different grip module. At 1.3 inches wide compared to the factory 1.1 inches, it fills the hand better without turning your carry gun into something bulky, and the extra 3 to 4 ounces of aluminum takes some of the snap out of recoil.
The undercut trigger guard and finger grooves let your support hand ride higher, and the ambidextrous thumb ledges give both righties and lefties a natural spot to index without having to think about it. Every edge on this module is cleanly radiused too, so there's nothing digging into your palm during a long day at the range or a full shift of carry.
This module is a direct swap for the factory Sig P365 X-Macro grip and also works with X-Macro or XL slides, but it does not accept the manual safety FCU, so double check your fire control unit before ordering. Your magazine release assembly is not included, but your factory one will drop right in. Because of the built-in thumb ledges, most Kydex holsters will need a little heat reforming, or you can pick up a holster cut specifically for this module.
This module is built for the P365 X-Macro and will also fit X-Macro or XL slides. It is not intended for the standard 10-round P365 frame, so if you run a smaller P365 you'll want to look at the grip modules Sharps Bros makes specifically for that size.
No, this particular module does not accept the manual safety fire control unit. If your P365 X-Macro runs a manual safety, look for the version of this grip module that includes the safety cut before ordering.
The mag release assembly is not included with this grip module. Your factory Sig mag release assembly will transfer right over, or you can pick up a new one separately if yours is worn or you want to upgrade at the same time.
Because of the built-in ambidextrous thumb ledges, most factory Kydex holsters will need some minor heat reforming to fit properly. A number of holster makers also produce models cut specifically for this Sharps Bros module if you'd rather skip the reforming step.
