The 110 Apex Hunter XP Left Hand is a genuine left-side bolt and ejection port setup chambered in .400 Legend, the straight-wall cartridge that slots in between 350 Legend and 450 Bushmaster. You get more thump than the 350 delivers without the shoulder abuse of the Bushmaster, which makes it a really practical whitetail round out to sensible hunting distances.
The barreled action carries the features that built Savage's accuracy reputation: a button-rifled 18-inch carbon steel barrel with a 1:16 twist, thread-in headspacing, and a floating bolt head that helps the lugs seat evenly every time you close the bolt. The user-adjustable AccuTrigger lets you dial in a clean, crisp pull without a trip to a gunsmith, and the three-position tang safety sits right under your thumb so you can load and unload with the safety on.
