Mountain rifles used to force a trade: carry light or shoot comfortable, pick one. The 110 Ultralight Pro Woodland is Savage's answer to that problem, and it's a good one. You get a 20 inch carbon fiber barrel in 308 Win, a skeletonized receiver, and a Blackout Cerakote finish over the barreled action that shrugs off wet weather and pack straps alike. The diamond fluted bolt body runs smooth, and the bolt handle is threaded, so swapping to your favorite knob takes minutes.
This is where the Pro Series earns its name. The Savage Woodland camo stock carries the AccuFit V2 system, which means toolless length of pull and comb height adjustments you can dial in at the bench or in camp. Savage also includes interchangeable grip modules, so whether you have big mitts or shoot with gloves on, you can build a grip angle that points naturally. M-Lok panels in the forend handle bipods, slings, and whatever else your hunt calls for, and the LimbSaver pad takes real bite out of recoil on a rifle this light.
The one-piece 20 MOA rail comes installed, so mounting a scope with enough elevation for longer pokes is dead simple. Up front, the threaded muzzle wears a factory Omniport brake that tames muzzle jump for faster follow-ups, and it comes off easily if you'd rather run a suppressor. Feeding comes from a 3 round AICS pattern magazine, which opens the door to a huge aftermarket if you want spares or different capacities.
Chambered in 308 Win with a handy 20 inch tube, this setup covers whitetails in the timber, mule deer on the ridges, and black bear over bait without breaking a sweat. Add the user adjustable AccuTrigger for a crisp, predictable break, and you've got a serious backcountry rig built on one of the most proven bolt actions ever made.
No, it ships without sights or glass. It does come with a one-piece 20 MOA rail already installed on the receiver, so all you need are rings and your scope of choice. The 20 MOA cant is a nice touch if you plan on stretching the 308 out past typical hunting distances.
Yes. The muzzle is threaded and wears a removable Omniport brake from the factory, so you can spin the brake off and attach a suppressor or another muzzle device. Just make sure your can or device matches the thread pitch before you order a mount.
The Pro version steps up to the new AccuFit V2 stock with toolless length of pull and comb adjustments, plus interchangeable grip modules and M-Lok panels in the forend. It also adds a Blackout Cerakote barreled action, a diamond fluted bolt with a threaded handle, an AICS pattern magazine, and the factory 20 MOA rail and Omniport brake. It's the most feature-complete lightweight rifle in the current 110 lineup.
It feeds from AICS pattern magazines, which is one of the most common short action mag standards out there. That means finding spares or higher capacity options from the aftermarket is easy. The included magazine holds 3 rounds, which keeps the rifle slim and light for carry.
