The 19301 has a fixed stock, a non-threaded 16.25 inch fluted barrel, and a 10-round magazine. The standard model 19300 uses a side-folding adjustable stock, a threaded muzzle, and a 20-round mag. Barrel length, weight, sights, and the rest of the features are the same between the two.
Absolutely. There's a Picatinny rail section at the rear of the receiver that handles red dots, prism sights, or low power scopes without issue. The included Rapid Deploy sights fold flat, so they work great as backups underneath or behind an optic.
