Yes, that's the whole idea. The Brawler has a 3-inch chamber that accepts both 2.5-inch and 3-inch .410 shotshells as well as standard .45 Colt cartridges. Since both rounds share the same bore diameter, the rifled barrel handles either one, giving you a lot of flexibility from a single gun.
