This one is built around the 8.2" Bloodline .300 AAC Blackout barrel and comes paired with a Bloodline bolt carrier group, a non-adjustable gas block, and a pistol-length gas tube. The whole point is that every piece is tuned to work as one system, so you spend less time troubleshooting cycling and more time shooting.
The heart of the kit is that heavy-profile 8.2" barrel, cut from 4150 chrome moly vanadium steel and finished with a salt bath nitride treatment for corrosion resistance and easy cleanup. It runs a 1:7 twist, which handles the full range of .300 BLK loads, from lighter supersonic hunting rounds all the way up to heavy subsonic match ammo around 220 grains. The .750 gas journal and pistol-length gas system are the right combo for a barrel this short.
Rosco designed this length specifically for SBR and pistol builds meant to run with a suppressor. It's the shortest they make in this line, giving you a genuinely compact PDW-style setup while still keeping enough dwell time to cycle reliably. The design work came from input by SOCOM end users and some of the original folks behind the .300 Blackout cartridge, so the barrel stays true to what the round was built to do: suppressed, quiet, and accurate.
