It runs a carbine-length gas system under a low-profile gas block, and the muzzle is threaded 1/2-28 with an A2 flash hider installed, so swapping in a different muzzle device down the road is simple.

RRA installs their two-stage Ultra Match trigger from the factory, and it is a genuine upgrade over the gritty mil-spec triggers found in most carbines at this level.
