The Rival Arms Mag Baseplate is a simple upgrade that punches above its size. It replaces the factory polymer floorplate on your Glock magazine with a CNC-machined aluminum plate finished in a durable black hard anodize. That extra metal at the bottom of the mag does real work: it pulls the magazine down and out cleaner when you hit the release, which is exactly what you want when you're running the gun fast or under a shot timer.
Rival Arms machines these from aluminum and hand checks every piece before it ships, so the fit and consistency stay dialed in from plate to plate. The added mass also gives the pistol a slightly more planted, balanced feel in the hand, and it helps take some of the sting out of felt recoil on lighter double-stack frames.
