The Rearden Atlas Charlie is a thread adapter that lets you take a suppressor built around the SilencerCo Charlie thread pattern (1.125-28) and mount it using the popular Plan B taper system. In plain terms, if you already run a can like a SilencerCo Saker, Omega 36M, Hybrid 46M, or Chimera 300 and you want to jump onto the Rearden and Q Cherry Bomb muzzle device ecosystem, this is the piece that bridges the two. It threads into the back of your can and gives you that quick, repeatable taper-and-thread interface that Plan B setups are known for.
The Plan B system leans on a tapered seat combined with fine threads rather than springs or ratchet locks, so there are fewer wear parts to fail over time. That taper is what gives you consistent alignment and return to zero every time you spin the can on. Once this adapter is installed, your Charlie-pattern suppressor plays nice with short Rearden devices like the FHD, Mini, SPB, RPB, and R2S, along with the Q Cherry Bomb and other Plan B compatible muzzle devices. It is a genuine modularity upgrade if you like moving one can across multiple hosts.
This version is made from 17-4 PH stainless steel heat treated to the H900 condition, which is the same tough, corrosion-resistant recipe Rearden uses across the Atlas line. The gold heat-treat finish is the look you get straight off the process, and it holds up well to the heat and abuse that comes with suppressor use. At roughly 2.1 ounces and adding only about a tenth of an inch to your overall length, it keeps your build compact and balanced.
Worth knowing: your muzzle device finish does not have to match the adapter, so you can mix and match a gold Atlas with a black nitride brake or flash hider without any issue. As always with any mounting system, run an alignment rod before live fire to confirm everything lines up true.
