The receivers and extended M-LOK handguard are machined from billet 7075-T6 aluminum and Cerakoted together, so the black finish matches perfectly across the whole rifle. The 16 inch match-grade 416R stainless steel barrel wears a .223 Wylde chamber, which safely runs both 5.56 NATO and .223 Remington while squeezing better accuracy out of each. The 1:8 twist stabilizes everything from light 50 grain plinking loads up to the heavy 69 to 77 grain match stuff, and the muzzle is threaded 1/2×28 if you want to run a suppressor down the road. Inside, an enhanced black nitride M16 bolt carrier group and a crisp two-stage match trigger round out a parts list with no weak links.

No, it ships without iron sights or an optic. The flat top upper and full-length Picatinny rail on the handguard give you plenty of real estate for a red dot, LPVO, or magnified scope. Given the accuracy this rifle is capable of, it deserves quality glass.
It is one of the best options out there for lefties. The safety selector, magazine release, and bolt catch are all fully ambidextrous, and the Raptor-SD charging handle runs equally well from either side. Nothing about the controls feels like a workaround for left-handed operation.
