The Rearend XL, part number RE-CBXL-M18X1, is the Cherry Bomb concept scaled up to match the big-bore attitude of the 8.6, machined with an M18x1 thread pitch for barrels cut to that spec. It runs the same Quickie Fast-Attach taper system that made the original Cherry Bomb a favorite, so your Q SHORT CHOP or PORQ CHOP suppressor snugs down onto the tapered front and returns to zero the same way every time.
Here is the difference between this and the standard Cherry Bomb XL: the Rearend version is made for barrels with a traditional 90-degree shoulder rather than Q's tapered barrel shoulder. It also picks up a set of 7/8 inch wrench flats, which means you can torque it down with a proper wrench instead of relying only on the front socket pocket. Anyone who has wrestled a slick muzzle device on a fresh barrel will appreciate that touch. There is no timing and no shim kit to fuss with either, since the design does not care where the ports end up, so installation is about as painless as it gets. A quality 3/8 inch drive socket in the front pocket is the recommended tool if you go that route, and a dab of Rocksett is smart insurance for hard use.

This version is cut for M18x1 muzzle threads, which is a common spec on 8.6 BLK barrels, but not the only one. Q also makes the Rearend XL in M18x1.5, 5/8×24, and 3/4×24, so double check your barrel's thread pitch before ordering. You will also want a 90-degree shoulder behind the threads for proper seating.
