Q built the Full Nelson around a simple idea: full-size suppression shouldn't come with full-size weight. This is a 100% titanium, fully welded .30 caliber can that tips the scale at just 16.6 ounces while stretching out enough to take real bite out of 7.62 NATO, 300 Blackout, and even 300 Win Mag. On subsonic 300 BLK it gets impressively quiet, and on a .308 bolt gun it keeps things comfortable without wrecking the balance of the rifle.
One of the smarter design choices here is the tubeless construction. Instead of stuffing a baffle stack inside a separate outer tube, Q rotary welds the whole thing together, which frees up more internal volume inside the same 1.75 inch diameter. More volume means more room for gases to expand and slow down, and that translates directly into better sound performance. It also makes the can stronger for its weight, since the structure is one welded unit rather than parts threaded into a shell.
The Full Nelson mounts up with 5/8×24 threads, which covers the vast majority of .30 caliber and 6.5mm rifles out of the box. The threads are tapered to mate with Q and SIG tapered barrels, and they also seat solidly on standard 90 degree shouldered barrels. Direct thread keeps things simple, repeatable, and consistent, which is a big part of why this can holds point of impact so well from range trip to range trip. Wrench flats machined into the front and back mean you can break it loose without drama if carbon ever locks it down.
This one makes the most sense for hunters and precision guys who want maximum quiet without adding a pound of steel to the muzzle. Hang it on a lightweight mountain rifle, a long-range bolt gun, or a suppressed 300 BLK setup and it earns its keep fast. The bead blasted titanium finish gives it a clean, raw metal look that stands out from the sea of black cans, and the performance backs up the appearance.
The Full Nelson is rated for 7.62 NATO/.308 Win, 300 Blackout (both supersonic and subsonic), and magnum loads up to 300 Win Mag. The 5/8×24 threads also let it work on most 6.5mm rifles like 6.5 Creedmoor. It shines brightest with subsonic 300 BLK, where it gets remarkably quiet.

The threads are tapered to pair perfectly with Q and SIG tapered barrels, and they also seat securely against most standard 90 degree shouldered barrels. Wrench flats on the front and back make installation and removal easy even if carbon builds up.
Just 16.6 ounces, which is impressively light for a full-size .30 caliber can rated to 300 Win Mag. The all-titanium, tubeless welded construction is what keeps the weight down without giving up strength. On a hunting rifle or precision bolt gun, it preserves the balance far better than most steel suppressors in this class.
In most cases, better. Direct thread mounting is about as consistent as it gets since there are no latches or locking collars introducing variables, which means minimal point of impact shift between mounting sessions. As long as you snug it up properly and check it periodically during long strings of fire, the Full Nelson returns to zero reliably.
