No, it ships with a thread protector installed on the 5/8×24 threaded muzzle. That thread pitch is one of the most common out there, so most aftermarket brakes and suppressor mounts will spin right on. Proof also offers factory muzzle brakes as an add-on if you order one separately.
The Tundra platform starts at right around 7 pounds bare, which is impressive given the full Sendero contour barrel. The carbon fiber wrapped barrel and carbon fiber stock are what keep the weight down. Figure somewhere in the 8.5 to 9 pound range once you add a scope, rings, and a sling, which is still very packable for a magnum-class rifle.
