Spec-wise you're looking at a 1:7.5 twist to stabilize those heavy 6mm bullets, a .750 gas journal, 5/8×24 muzzle threads for your brake or can, and a Rifle+1 gas length.

You'll need a 6mm ARC bolt carrier group, a matching gas block and gas tube, a handguard, and an upper receiver to complete the build. Proof recommends running a full-mass BCG to keep the CAMGAS system properly tuned. Since the muzzle is threaded 5/8×24, you can also add a brake, flash hider, or suppressor of your choice.
