The 30 MOA incline tilts your scope forward so you get more usable elevation in the turret, which means you can dial for those longer shots without running out of adjustment. It's a one-piece Picatinny rail built specifically for the CZ 457 receiver, so the fit is tight and the geometry is matched to the action rather than forced on.

MDT machines this base from 6061-T6 aircraft grade aluminum and finishes it with a Mil-Spec Type II hard anodize, so it shrugs off range abuse and weather without fuss. The underside is profiled to sit flush on the receiver and follow the shape of the ejection port, and there's an integrated recoil lug worked into that profile to keep the rail from creeping under repeated shots. The top rail is cut to MIL-STD-1913 and STANAG 4694 spec, so any standard Picatinny rings or mount will clamp right on.

The 11mm interface runs snug by design, and a few folks give it a light tap with a nylon mallet to settle it down before torquing. It comes with #6-48 Torx screws, and the base is also drilled to accept #8-40 screws if you want to step up. A dab of thread locker and even torque on all the screws, and you're set.
