The One Horse M16 Bolt Carrier Group is the kind of no-drama part you build around and forget about. The bolt is machined from 9310 tool steel and the carrier from 8620 steel, both getting full Mil-Spec heat treatment. One Horse also chamfers the backs of the lugs for smoother lockup, installs the extractor spring with an insert and O-ring, and uses a beefy S7 extractor to keep feeding and ejection consistent round after round.
