The Noveske DM Slide is built for folks who want their Glock 19 Gen 4 running an optic without committing to a single dot for life. Machined from 17-4 stainless steel and coated in black DLC, it swaps onto your Gen 4 frame as a drop-in upgrade using your factory Glock internals. What sets it apart from a standard optics-ready cut is the Direct Mount setup, which keeps your options open down the road instead of locking you into one footprint.
Noveske's DMOS (Direct Mount Optic System) is the real story here. It supports four different optic patterns using the Forward Mounted Rear Sight (FMRS), which drops in as a spacer with a dovetail design. That keeps the optic sitting as close to the bore centerline as possible, so you get a cleaner sight picture and a repeatable return to zero if you ever pull the optic off and put it back on. Between the DMOS setup and FMRS options, this slide plays nice with the Aimpoint Acro, Trijicon RMR and SRO, Holosun, and Leupold DeltaPoint Pro. Keep in mind the FMRS kit is sold separately and matched to whichever optic you run.
Beyond the optic mounting, Noveske put real thought into how the slide handles. Aggressive front and rear serrations give you plenty of purchase for press checks and manipulations, and a chamfered top window trims weight while balancing the slide nicely. The DLC coating is slick, corrosion-resistant, and wears well over time, which is exactly what you want on a working gun. It's proudly made in the USA.
A couple of practical notes worth knowing before you build: the slide ships without an internal parts kit, so plan on using factory Glock components, and it does not come with a firing pin channel liner installed. Installing one is recommended. It arrives with a front sight, a rear cover plate with rear sight, a Noveske-marked back plate, and mounting hardware to get you started.
