This is Noveske Rifleworks' Single Cell Offset Light Body Mount, built for folks who want to ditch the bulky factory light body and run their Surefire guts closer to the rail. Instead of bolting a separate mount to a complete light, you pull the head and tailcap off your existing Surefire setup and thread them straight into this body, which direct-attaches to M-LOK. That translates to a lighter, cleaner, snag-free package that sits right where you want it. This one is the left-hand version finished in Flat Dark Earth.
The whole idea here is integration. Rather than stacking a light on top of a mount on top of a rail, the Single Cell Offset Light Body Mount is the light body and the mount in one machined aluminum piece. It uses Magpul's M-LOK interface to direct mount where compatible, so you lose the extra hardware and the extra height. For anyone chasing a trimmer handguard profile or trying to keep things out of the way of a laser or support hand, that offset design earns its keep.
Compatibility is the key detail with this one. It works with any Surefire E-Series and 3-volt Scout Light heads, along with tails and tail-switch options that run a single CR123 battery. That covers a wide range of common setups, so there's a good chance the bezel and tailcap you already own will drop right in. Just keep in mind this is a single-cell body, so your light components need to be built around one CR123.
This is the left-hand configuration, which positions the light on the appropriate side for your build and preference. The Flat Dark Earth finish blends nicely with tan rifles and gear, though Noveske is upfront that FDE shades vary a bit from part to part, so expect some natural variation in color.
