If minimum size and weight are the priority, this dedicated 22LR model is the lightest way to get the Wasp treatment.
Like all NAA minis, the Wasp loads by removing the cylinder entirely. Pull the cylinder pin, tip the cylinder out of the frame, eject the empties using the pin, load fresh rounds, and reassemble. It takes a little practice, but the system is simple and has been proven over decades of NAA production.
