Yes. NAA machines halfway notches into the cylinder between the chambers, so after loading you lower the hammer into one of those notches instead of resting it on a live round. The GRC wears an oversized checkered rubber grip in place of the traditional rosewood birdshead grip. It fills the hand better, gives you more traction when cocking the hammer, and makes the gun noticeably easier to control.
