North American Arms has been building tiny single-action revolvers for decades, and the Green Huntsman is one of the best-looking versions of the formula yet. Built on NAA's .22 Magnum frame, the same platform behind the popular Black Widow and Mini-Master, this one wears an OD Green Cerakote frame and barrel with matte black accents on the cylinder and hardware. Pair that with the oversized rosewood grips wearing a hydro-dipped camo finish and you get a mini revolver that looks like it belongs in a tackle box or on a trapline, because it kind of does.
The 2 inch heavy vent barrel and bull cylinder add just enough weight up front to settle the gun down when you touch off a round of .22 WMR, which has some genuine bark out of a barrel this short. Marble Arms fixed low-profile sights ride up top, so there is nothing to snag and nothing to knock out of adjustment. The oversized grips are a real upgrade over the standard bird's head panels found on smaller NAA minis, giving you more to hang onto and making the whole package easier to run. At 8.9 ounces, you will forget it is on you until you need it.
NAA includes a DeSantis cross-draw holster stitched with matching OD green thread, so this one is ready to ride on a belt right out of the box. Like all NAA mini revolvers, the cylinder features safety notches that let the hammer rest securely between chambers, so you can load all five with confidence. It is a single-action design, which means you cock the hammer for every shot, simple and dependable in the way old-school rimfire wheelguns should be.

This model, the NAA-TGH-M, is chambered for .22 WMR only. If you want the flexibility to shoot both cartridges, NAA makes a convertible version of the Green Huntsman that ships with a second .22 LR cylinder. Swapping cylinders on those takes just a few seconds.
Yes. NAA mini revolvers have safety notches machined into the cylinder between the chambers, and resting the hammer in one of those notches keeps it completely off any live round. That design lets you carry a full five rounds without worry. Just follow the loading procedure in the manual to seat the hammer properly.
