If you're running a red dot on your CZ P-10 C, F, or S, you already know backup irons matter, and these Night Fision Stealth sights were built from the ground up for exactly that job. Rather than being an OEM height sight forced to work under an optic, the Stealth Series is engineered for an approximate lower 1/3 co-witness with popular slide-mounted red dots like the Trijicon RMR and SRO, Holosun 507c and 508t, and other battery-pack-height optics. That means your dot stays front and center, but if the electronics ever quit, you drop right onto a clean three-dot tritium picture.
This particular set uses a black front ring and black rear rings, so nothing pulls your eye off the dot during normal shooting. Behind that low-key look, all three positions carry green Swiss tritium vials for a constant glow in the dark, no batteries or charging required. Night Fision packs in more tritium than a lot of competing sights, and instead of a painted-on ring, the vials sit in a patented injection-molded sleeve surrounded by a daylight-fluorescing material for solid daytime visibility too.
The domed lens over each vial is the real trick here. It collimates the tritium rays into a tighter, more defined dot instead of a soft blur, which makes for a sharper sight picture when you're picking up the front sight fast. Both the front and rear are serrated to cut glare from bright lights and sunlight, so you're focused on the target and not fighting reflections.
The sight bodies are CNC machined from steel and finished in matte black nitride, giving you real corrosion and wear resistance for a carry gun that lives in a holster. The slim profile plays nice with most IWB and OWB rigs and won't snag on the draw. These are built in the USA, and because pistol sights are a press-fit job, we'd recommend having a gunsmith install them with the proper sight tool to protect your slide and get everything centered.

Your dot stays the primary aiming point while the irons sit ready as a tritium backup.
No batteries and no charging needed. The glow comes from self-illuminating Swiss tritium vials that stay lit around the clock, so they're always on the moment you need them in low light. Tritium naturally dims very gradually over many years, but you'll get a long service life out of them.
This ZGZG configuration uses black front and rear rings on purpose so nothing competes with your red dot during normal shooting. If you'd rather have a more visible daytime front reference, Night Fision offers the same set with orange or yellow front rings. All versions still use green tritium for nighttime visibility.
It's possible with the right tools, but Night Fision recommends a gunsmith for good reason. Pistol sights are a tight press-fit, and a proper sight pusher protects both the sight and your slide while getting the rear centered for accuracy. If you don't have a sight tool, it's worth letting a shop handle it.
