It's a lightweight, no-nonsense target stand built from engineering-grade plastic that steps right into the dirt using two mounting stakes. Slide the included cardboard target backer into place and you're ready to hang paper and start punching holes. Because it moves so easily, you can reset it at any yardage you want, which makes it a natural fit for switching between pistol drills up close and rifle work farther out.
Most stands hate uneven ground, but this one was designed around it. The dual-stake base lets it sit straight on a slope or the side of a hill, so you're not fighting to keep your target upright on rough terrain. Planted with the backer, it measures 17.5" x 2" x 47" and holds the target roughly 24 inches off the ground, a good working height for both handgun and rifle practice.
Weighing in at under two pounds, this thing practically disappears in a range bag. It breaks down flat for compact storage and transport, so tossing it behind the seat or in with the rest of your kit is easy. The Jammit shrugs off plenty of stray hits from .22 up through .45 ACP and keeps working, but a direct hit to the working parts will eventually retire it. Keep your rounds on the backer and this stand will give you a whole lot of trigger time. It's designed for rifle and handgun use on non-rocky ground and isn't meant for shotgun patterning.
