The kit uses a two-part design: an outer Ten-Speed stretch pouch and a removable insert that keeps everything organized inside. Pull the BLIP tabs on either side and the medical insert deploys in seconds, one-handed or even with a single finger, from your left or right. That ambidextrous access matters when you or someone next to you is the patient. The front carries Blue Force Gear's laser-cut Cross X medical insignia, and an included blue signal insert flags it as a med kit. Prefer to keep it low profile? Pull the insert out for a pattern-matched, color-matched front.
This is the belt-mount version, which uses two adjustable hook-and-loop tabs that wrap around just about anything from a standard pants belt up to a 2-inch duty belt. If you run MOLLE, it mounts there too, so you get flexibility without buying a second pouch. The slim profile sits flush enough that you can still sit down comfortably with it riding on a duty belt.
The Pro loadout is aimed at first responders and anyone serious about bridging the gap between injury and advanced care. It comes stocked with a rolled pair of trauma gloves, QuikClot Combat Gauze LE, a 6-inch emergency trauma dressing, a hypothermia blanket, flat-fold tape, compressed gauze, trauma shears, and a HyFin Vent Compact Chest Seal twin pack. Every component was chosen for combat-proven effectiveness and packed down as small as possible, giving you full-size IFAK function in a genuinely compact package. The MultiCam finish blends with most kit and gear setups.
The Micro Trauma Kit NOW! comes in Essentials, Pro, and Advanced fills. The Pro sits in the middle and is geared toward first responders, adding a HyFin Vent chest seal twin pack, trauma shears, and a hypothermia blanket on top of the core bleeding-control gear. The Advanced fill steps things up further with items like a nasopharyngeal airway and decompression needle for those with the training to use them.
