The Benelli M4 is one of the best fighting shotguns ever built, but the factory forend leaves you short on real estate for lights and gear. Mesa Tactical's Truckee 15-inch forend fixes that in a big way. It's a full-length replacement that opens up mounting space across three sides so you can build the shotgun exactly the way you shoot it.
The whole thing is machined from a single piece of 6061-T6 aluminum with high-temperature glass-filled nylon end caps at the ends. That single-billet approach is a big deal here, because there are no tiny set screws to work loose and disappear on you during a range day. The finish is a clean black that blends right into a tactical or field setup, and the profile stays slim enough that it doesn't feel like you strapped a brick to the handguard.
The Truckee wears industry-standard M-LOK slots along both sides and the bottom, which is really the point of the upgrade. That gives you direct attachment for weapon lights, slings, vertical grips, and pressure switches, plus Picatinny rail sections if you'd rather run a section of rail for older accessories. The 15-inch length is the longest of the Benelli M4 Truckee options, so if you like your support hand way out front or you're stacking a light and a laser, this is the one that gives you the most room to work.
Unlike the shorter 8.5-inch model that drops on tool-free, the 15-inch Truckee requires removing the factory front sling loop, which takes a set of snap ring pliers. Worth knowing before you order: this 15-inch rail is not compatible with the Benelli M4 SBS version, and M4 LE editions with factory aluminum forends need three extra Benelli parts sourced from Benelli directly.
