The ACC Premier GEN2 is the chassis MDT built for competitors who care about every fraction of a point. It takes the platform that helped define modern PRS shooting and folds in the best ideas from the ACC Elite line, most notably a taller integrated barricade stop and a thicker, more rigid forend that fights flex and torsion when you're hanging off a barricade or leaning into an awkward prop. Drop your Remington 700 short action into the precision V-block, tighten a couple of screws, and you're running. No bedding, no gunsmith, no drama.
The heart of this chassis is its Adjustable Core Competition weight system. You can load interior forend weights, bolt external M-LOK weights to either side, and add mass to the buttstock, letting you push a bare setup up toward the 13-pound range when you want a dead-still hold and soft recoil impulse. That kind of tunability is what separates a good match rifle from one that transitions targets fast and tracks its own impacts. The compact 15-inch forend was shortened on purpose to play nicely with barrels starting around 17 inches, which suits rimfire trainers and shorter competition builds without giving up rail real estate.
Up top you get a full-length integrated ARCA/RRS rail for bipods and tripods, plus eight M-LOK slots per side for weights and accessories. The tall barricade stop, wide integrated thumb shelf, QD sling cups, and ambidextrous mag latch all show up here because MDT worked directly with match shooters to sort out what earns its keep. It runs standard AICS-pattern magazines and includes built-in bottom metal, so there's nothing extra to source.
Comfort is baked in through an adjustable cheek riser and length of pull that spans roughly 12.3 to 13.3 inches via spacers. The system ships with MDT's SRS-X Lite buttstock and the Premier Vertical Grip, both purpose-built alongside this chassis. Machined from hard-anodized 6061 aluminum with a Cerakote finish, it's tough enough to shrug off a full season of field conditions.
This is the full system, so it ships with the MDT SRS-X Lite buttstock and the Premier Vertical Grip already included. Both were designed alongside the chassis for competition use. You can still swap in other AR-style grips or MDT buttstocks down the road if you want a different feel.
It's a genuine drop-in. You set your barreled action into the precision V-block and snug up a couple of action screws, and you're done. There's no bedding or gunsmithing required, and the bottom metal is built into the chassis, so you don't need to source any extra parts.
The chassis runs standard AICS-pattern magazines. The 15-inch forend comfortably clears barrels starting around 17 inches and supports profiles up to 1.350 inches at the shank, so it fits everything from a rimfire trainer to a heavy PRS gas gun profile.
You can. The Adjustable Core Competition system takes interior forend weights, external M-LOK weights on either side, and buttstock weight, which lets a bare setup climb toward the 13-pound range. Adding mass this way calms recoil and helps the rifle track its own impacts so you can spot and correct faster between shots.
