Description
The MDT ACC Elite for Savage short action represents serious engineering aimed at the competitors who refuse to compromise. This chassis is purpose-built around the integrated weight management system that lets you dial in the perfect balance point for your rifle. Add weights to the buttstock, forend, or both inside and outside the chassis without removing your barreled action. That kind of flexibility means you can optimize for different stages, different barrels, and different shooting positions.
Built for the Podium
The 19-inch forend features a full-length ARCA rail running the entire length, paired with M-LOK slots on the sides and top. This gives you endless options for mounting your bipod, tripod, or any other competition accessories. The barricade stop is wider, taller, and more aggressive than earlier designs, gripping harder into bags and barriers. The forend itself is wider and thicker than previous generations, engineered to eliminate flex and maintain consistency whether you're on a bag at 100 yards or off a barricade downrange.
Adjustable Fit, Every Dimension
The included SRS-X Elite buttstock handles length of pull from 12.25 inches to 14.75 inches with toolless adjustability. The cheek rest adjusts independently, and there's even magnetic storage for Allen keys built into the underside so you always have what you need. The included Vertical Grip Elite adjusts backward and forward, plus it can rotate to match your hand angle. M-LOK thumb rests on both sides give you a more natural grip for consistent hand placement. The magazine well and latch adjust to tighten things up and remove slop from the fit.
Built to Last
The chassis is machined from 6061 aircraft-grade aluminum and hard anodized with a Cerakote finish in titanium blue. That connector bar running from grip to buttstock adds serious rigidity under recoil and when you're loading hard into a prop. The R-LOK interface on the bottom of the forend locks your tripod head in place with no shifting. Everything about this platform is designed to stay rock solid while you're running the stage.

Frequently Asked Questions
Is the ACC Elite Savage SA chassis compatible with my action?
Yes, this chassis is engineered for Savage short action models including the 110, 10, 11, 12, and 16 series rifles with short action chamberings. Compatibility is guaranteed with no modifications needed. If you have questions about a specific Savage model, check with MDT directly to confirm compatibility before ordering.
Can I adjust the weight and balance with the ACC Elite installed?
Absolutely. The integrated weight management system lets you add MDT weights to the forend and buttstock. Interior weights can be installed into the forend and screwed in place, while exterior weights attach via M-LOK slots. This means you can fine-tune your balance without removing the barreled action from the chassis.
What's the learning curve for adjusting the buttstock and grip?
The design is shooter-friendly. The SRS-X Elite buttstock adjusts length of pull and cheek height with simple tools, and there's even a space built in under the cheek rest to store the Allen keys so you don't lose them. The Vertical Grip Elite adjusts forward and backward plus angular cant, and it takes just a few minutes to dial in your natural position.
What bipods and tripods work with the ARCA rail?
The full-length integrated ARCA rail on the forend is the industry standard for competition tripods and many modern bipods. You can mount any RRS or ARCA-compatible equipment anywhere along the 19-inch forend, giving you infinite positioning options to dial in your perfect balance.
