The SDX RFLX ships with a full-length 1913 Picatinny top rail, so it's compatible with virtually any optic. For a .300 Blackout pistol at typical engagement distances, a red dot or a compact holographic sight is a natural fit given the caliber and platform size. The full-length rail gives you flexibility on mounting position and leaves room for a backup iron sight or a laser unit forward.
The M-Kore suppressor can be removed, but it's really intended to stay on the gun under normal use. It takes a substantial amount of round count to foul the suppressor to a point where it would affect performance, so routine removal isn't necessary or recommended.
