Pair it with your MS1 and an additional QD sling swivel, and you get the stability of a two-point plus the freedom of a one-point in a single setup, with clean one-handed transitions between them. It's the same setup that gives Magpul's MS4 sling its name, so you're essentially upgrading what you already own instead of buying a whole new sling.
The hardware is where this thing earns its keep. The QD D-ring is precision-cast steel finished with QPQ salt bath nitride, which shrugs off wear and corrosion better than a standard coating, while the heavy-duty push-button QD sling swivel carries a manganese phosphate finish. That swivel drops into the QD cups you'll find on most lower receivers, receiver end plates, and buttstocks, so compatibility is rarely an issue. The webbing is custom 1.25-inch nylon, snag-free and anti-chafe, and the Coyote-colored version carries a near-infrared treatment to cut down IR signature.
