The Magpul MS1 Padded Sling in Gray takes everything people already like about the standard MS1 and adds a padded center section where it counts. It's a dedicated two-point sling built around the MS1 Slider, which lets you lengthen or shorten the sling with one hand on the fly. Once you set it, it stays put with no slipping, and there are no loose tails or loops hanging off to catch on your gear.
The comfort here comes from the design of the webbing itself. The custom tubular webbing starts at 1-1/4 inches and widens to roughly 1-7/8 inches through the padded section, with a ripstop coated closed-cell foam pad sewn right inside. That spreads the weight of the rifle across your shoulder instead of digging in, which makes a real difference on a long day at the range or out in the field.
